Qualifications

• Six months in a role requiring regular customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Oversee tasks and coordinate two or more employees to maintain smooth service.
• Provide quality beverages and food following standard recipes and customer requests.
• Handle cash and maintain store safety and security in accordance with policies.
