Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in New Hudson, MI is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming store environment and guide a small team to deliver quality beverages and food.

You will coach partners, handle daily operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure excellent guest experiences through teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail. Weekend and holiday coverage required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to a small team.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality in alignment with store policies.
