Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming community coffeehouse. You will coach baristas in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customize orders while ensuring quality and service standards.

You will delegate tasks to a team of two or more, direct daily activities, and maintain store safety and cash handling. Flexible availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months in a role coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to delegate tasks and direct the work of others.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse.
