Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customers' requests.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized per customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
