Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six (6) months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
