Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to meet quality beverage and food standards.
• Direct store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work for two or more employees during shifts.
