Job summary

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, the ability to delegate tasks, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain Starbucks standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shifts by guiding team members to ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Support store leadership in daily operations and customer service excellence.
