Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Proven ability to maintain quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and meet store policies and standards
