This role emphasizes coaching, rapid learning, and strong teamwork. You will ensure consistency with recipes, uphold store policies, and foster positive guest experiences through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of experience in a position that required interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
