Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety standards.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Starbucks shift with craft and heart to welcome customers.
• Ensure quality beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Oversee cash handling, store safety, and security during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate a team of coworkers during busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
