Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Understand store policies and standards for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams of 2+ employees.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly, and work in a retail environment.
