Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise daily operations, maintain quality beverages and food, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service while upholding store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for customers
• Provide quality beverages and food products consistent with brand standards
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more team members
• Coach and develop teammates to maintain service and safety standards
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, and safety practices are followed
