Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Store policies and standards must be followed, quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months customer-facing experience (interacting with and fulfilling requests).
• Six months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks across a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized requests.
