Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to provide welcoming service and quality products.
• Coach staff in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Ensure store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
