Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• Six months of customer interaction experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized per customer
• Experience coordinating two or more employees
