Qualifications

• Attend consistently and on time with or without accommodation.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months or more of delegating tasks to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customizations.
• Lead team members and delegate tasks to others as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, craft-focused store environment.
• Contribute to safe, efficient store operations and guest satisfaction.
