Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the store welcoming
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours including early mornings/evenings/weekends/nights/holidays
