Starbucks Coffee Company in Chicago seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in our stores. You will support daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and provide exceptional service while coaching a small team.

This role requires flexible hours, at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, and experience delegating tasks. We offer extensive benefits, education programs, and growth opportunities within a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and lead with craft and heart.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with guests
