Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customers’ requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Maintain quality beverages and food to standard recipes while ensuring cash handling and safety policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
