Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes
• Uphold store policies, safety and cash handling requirements
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts
• Coach and develop fellow partners for high performance
