Qualifications

• Attend consistently and on time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling, safety and security
• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Direct and oversee team to ensure smooth shift operations
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized as needed
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient service
• Maintain customer service excellence and store safety during all shifts
