Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks partners and customers feel welcome.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, and maintain store safety and security.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts as needed.
• Direct and support the team to meet store policies and standards.
