Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.

• Direct and coach shift team to meet quality, safety and service standards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to store policies.
