Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring warm, efficient service and quality beverages.

You will coach partners, manage tasks, and maintain standards across the store while fostering a welcoming environment for the community. This role requires 6+ months in customer-facing or supervisory settings, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to ensure fast, friendly service
• Oversee beverage and food preparation to meet quality standards
