Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Provide quality beverages and food products.
• Oversee cash handling, store safety and security with/without accommodations.
• Direct and coach two or more team members to execute tasks.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
