Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse welcoming for the community, ensuring quality beverages and food while maintaining store safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety standards.
• 6 months of customer-interaction/fulfillment experience.
• 6 months of delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard or customized recipes.
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and store security; support customer service.
• Foster a positive team environment and deliver quality guest experiences.
