Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a café team, ensuring high-quality beverages and food, while delivering warm hospitality to customers. You will coach partners, manage shift operations, and uphold store standards and safety.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on crafting meaningful moments for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation per recipe, including modifications.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Coach and develop partners, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and security during shifts.
