Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more workers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
• Maintain store policies and standards, including quality beverages and foods, cash handling, and safety.
• Coach and prepare team for service, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment to brighten every customer interaction.
