Job summary

Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our West Chester Township location in Ohio. You will model, coach and empower team members to deliver uplifting customer experiences while upholding company standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, reliable transportation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for opening/closing tasks, cash handling, inventory support, and ongoing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years customer service in hospitality or retail.
• Specialty coffee/tea knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach teammates to provide uplifting customer experiences.
• Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
• Ensure baristas continually create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
• Stay on top of industry trends and product innovations.
• Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks to company standard.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environment.
• Share coffee knowledge with customers to encourage conversation about specialty coffee.
• Maintain positive and professional environment, and train staff.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and upliftingly.
• Support inventory management as assigned.
• Support professional development of store team and talent planning.
• Ensure proper cash management.
