Qualifications

• Minimum of two years customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn.
• Solution-oriented and thrives on overcoming obstacles.
• Loves to Focus on Good, not deterred by challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency.
• Reliable transportation and punctual for shifts and meetings.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru operations.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach teammates to provide uplifting customer experiences
• Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
• Ensure baristas continually create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
• Affinity to stay on top of industry trends and product innovations
• Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks to company standard
• Maintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environment
• Share coffee knowledge with customers to encourage conversations about specialty coffee
• Maintain a positive and professional environment and train staff
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and upliftingly
• Support inventory management as assigned
• Support professional development of store team / talent plan
• Ensure proper cash management
