Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a proactive shift supervisor to lead baristas and food-prep teams, ensuring quality beverages and guest experiences during each shift. You will coach and delegate to teammates, maintain store standards, and uphold safety and cash-handling policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks for multiple staff, with strong communication and teamwork skills honored in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts, ensuring quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workloads for two or more employees
