Job summary

Blue Tide - Brookings is seeking a site supervisor to manage daily operations, promote memberships, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security across shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service; a degree or certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• One to two years of previous supervision experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Degree or certification preferred.
• Strong technological skills; Mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality customer service through daily management of employees and site initiatives.
• Promotes and sells membership packages and car-wash upgrades.
• Provides direction to staff; assists with training and coaching employees to promote and up-sell memberships.
• Maintains site cleanliness, equipment operation and quality wash service; performs routine maintenance.
• Orders parts, chemicals, products and supplies; ensures accurate inventory.
• Performs daily bookkeeping procedures, cash reconciliation, and deposits.
• Maintains confidentiality of company documents and site security.
• Enforces safety protocols and reports hazards or accidents.
• Works flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
