Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Degree or certification preferred.
• Strong technological skills preferred; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality customer service through daily management of employees and site initiatives.
• Promote and sell membership packages and car-wash upgrades.
• Provide direction to staff and coach employees to up-sell memberships and ensure quality service.
• Maintain site cleanliness, equipment operation and quality wash service; perform inspections of tunnel and equipment room.
• Order parts, chemicals, products and supplies; manage inventory.
• Perform daily bookkeeping, cash reconciliation, and deposit procedures.
• Assist with training staff and recognize good performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and security codes.
• Enforce safety for customers and employees and report hazards.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
