Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee food preparation, inventory controls, and scheduling while maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment.

You will train Sandwich Artists, handle paperwork, and coordinate with team members to deliver consistent service across shifts. On-site, full-time or part-time roles vary by location, with compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep restaurant functional, clean and inviting.
• Control inventory and manage supplies.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on duties and responsibilities.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
• Operate the Point of Sale system during shifts.
