• Assist the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives.

• Support store operations including supervising staff in production, merchandising, checkout, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn point of sale and donation systems, office computer, and telephone.
• Strong judgment, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors occasionally.
