Job Title: Central Processing Shift Supervisor

Location: Bonita Springs, based in Fort Myers, Florida

Description of Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service skills to the stores, administration, and all vendors/donors.
2. Assist the management team in achieving production goals and payroll objectives as outlined in the budget.
3. Ensure staff training to successfully meet production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, and mission integration.
4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Central Production Manager.

Required Experience and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled hours, lift and carry at least 40 pounds, and work outdoors as needed.

• Ability to work in stressful conditions and adhere to safety policies.
• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate oral and written instructions.
• Physical activities include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
