Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Group is seeking qualified, friendly Shift Supervisors to join a fast-growing team at the Indianapolis International Airport. Multiple brands are represented, with opportunities to grow in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Shifts include nights and weekends, with early morning start times and varied schedules. The role requires supervisory experience in food service, a flexible schedule, and a valid driver’s license for airport parking access.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in the food industry (preferred).
• Flexibile schedule availability required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
• Ensures smooth daily production and service operations.
• Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed.
• Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards.
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment.
• Assists with training and mentoring new team members.
• Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Supervisors (including Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR responsibilities) for our Brands (Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros) location at the Indianapolis International Airport.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

• Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts)

• Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning
• Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume
• Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen

Qualifications

• Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required
