Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Admission Nurse for PM/NOC 10-hour shifts (M-F 7pm–5:30am, every other weekend 10am–8:30pm) to join our caring, professional team. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive medications and care per individualized plans while leading the clinical staff.

As aShift/SupervisorAdmissions Nurseyou are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atWarren Barr Oak Lawnby ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIllinois RN or LPN license. Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.
