Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Admission Nurse to join our caring team. This PM/NOC 10-hour shift, Monday–Friday 7pm–5:30am with every other weekend 10am–8:30pm, supports residents with comprehensive medication and care plan execution.

An Illinois RN or LPN license is required, with prior facility experience. The role emphasizes leadership within the Clinical Department and ongoing professional growth in a Gold Seal of Approval facility.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience leading a clinical team and coordinating admissions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and document findings.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents and care staff.
