Warren Barr Oak Lawn in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing and accounts receivable for our skilled nursing residents. You will balance resident accounts, generate billing statements, and assist with medical assistance applications.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of accounting experience; a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and prior Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing setting are preferred.

As a Business Office Manager you will take charge of billing and accounts receivable. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Oak Lawn by balancing resident accounts, creating and collecting resident billing statements, assist residents complete medical assistance applications, and distributing resident cash allowances. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in an Accounting role. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed and prior Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing facility is also required.
