Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Food Production 1st Shift Supervisor for a high-volume snack food manufacturing operation in the Greater Cleveland Area. You will lead 15-25 union production employees, oversee daily production, quality, safety, and on-time delivery across three facilities.

The role is floor-first, with 90% of time on the production floor, coaching operators, tracking production data, and driving continuous improvement while supporting plant leadership and meeting customer demands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as supervisor/team lead in high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead 15-25 union production employees across a fast-paced, high-volume snack food manufacturing environment – 500 million packages per year across 3 facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supervising plant employees, and ensuring production, quality, safety, and customer delivery goals are achieved. This is a floor-first role: 90% of your day is on the production floor walking lines, monitoring equipment, supporting operators, and solving problems in real time.
