Job summary

KF is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and directly impact guest experience and overall restaurant success. You'll support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving goals related to team development, operations metrics, and profitability, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and hot, fresh meals.

You will communicate goals and promotions, foster a positive, collaborative culture, and take accountability for results.
