Job summary

Lions Gate is seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to oversee dining services for residents. You will supervise staff in resident dining venues, assist in training, handle resident concerns, and ensure timely service while maintaining kosher dietary standards.

As part of the team, you will coordinate opening/closing tasks, supervise scheduling, and communicate menus and culinary updates to residents, contributing to a warm, respectful community environment.

• Supervises staff in resident dining venues
• Assigns and supervises opening, running and closing side works for front of house staff
• Trains new staff with assistant restaurant manager
• Handles immediate residents concerns/requests
• Establishes rapport with residents to promote a pleasant dining experience
• Assists in running food, taking orders, delivering food and expediting
• Enforces uniform policy
• May assist in hiring and scheduling front of house staff
• Types, prints, posts and distributes menus and other culinary communications
• Completes opening and closing reports
• Maintains Kosher dietary laws in the community
