Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in the food service industry and a passion for providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and portion control
• Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring they are clean and inviting for residents
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any special dietary needs or requests
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience in the food service industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Willingness to learn and take direction from dietary supervisors
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
