YMCA Robin Hood Group in Mansfield is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our Housing Duty Workers across Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. You will ensure operational standards, support staff, and foster excellence.

The ideal candidate has prior team leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will travel between locations and work a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experienced Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car to travel between locations.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a rolling rota.

About the Role:

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support your team with operational challenges.

This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off neverbeing able to predict exactly what will happen that day!

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week. We work on a 2-week rolling rota so you would have advance warning of your shift patterns. The rota pattern is:

• 8am to 4pm
• 3pm to 11pm

There is no requirement for you to work weekends; we have a separate team for that!

You will need a car and UK driving license to be able to do this job as you will travel between these 2 locations frequently.
