The Transition House Inc. in Tarpon Springs, FL seeks a Shift Supervisor to act as the facility supervisor in the absence of the Facility Director. The role supports detention operations and ensures safety, security, and orderly conduct for clients, staff, visitors, and the surrounding community.
Compensation is $17.41 per hour with non-exempt status, 12-hour rotating shifts (1pm–10pm, Wed–Sun), and opportunities for professional growth within a secure residential program.

Reports To: Facility Director
The Shift Supervisor acts as the facility supervisor in the absence of the Facility Director and/or Assistant Facility Director. This position performs duties in the areas of legal process, general custodial functions, detention operations, and dispatching as assigned. The role is responsible for helping ensure the detention center operates in a peaceful, safe, and secure manner for clients, staff, visitors, and the surrounding community
