SHIFT SUPERVISOR - Store 127

Position Details

• Position: Shift Supervisor
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Role and Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and lead store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are followed.

Work Schedule and Reporting

• Rotating 3-week schedule, approximately 45 hours/week.
• Reports to: Assistant Manager
