Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Saratoga Springs, UT is seeking a hands-on shift supervisor for the adolescent residential program. The role is on-site with a full-time schedule, overseeing mentors, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring safety and compassionate care.

You will partner with HR for onboarding, lead weekly trainings, and participate in interdisciplinary teams to support trauma-informed treatment for girls aged 13–18.

Qualifications

  • Meets core requirements: 21+, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a clean record, Utah background check.
  • Committed: willing to commit for a minimum of 8 months and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before starting.
  • Policy-savvy: familiar with company policies, hiring and disciplinary procedures, and Mentor responsibilities.
  • Student-centered knowledge: understands student challenges, behavioral disorders, and medication protocols.
  • Leadership-driven: leads by example with teaching, motivation, and team-building skills.
  • Professional collaboration: works with interdisciplinary teams including therapists and nurses.
  • Calm under pressure: strong communication, prioritization, and crisis management capabilities.

  • Performance Oversight: monitor and evaluate staff performance, with quarterly reviews.
  • Accountability & Discipline: address performance issues using formal disciplinary protocols.
  • Clear Communication: share key shift updates during handoffs for continuity.
  • Team Representation: advocate for your shift during interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
  • Safety Leadership: conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices.

Location:Saratoga Springs, UT (on-site)Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 an hourSchedule (Full-Time | 35+ Hours Weekly)

  • Tues, Thurs, Sat | 3pm-11pm
  • Wed | 8:30am-1pm
  • Every other Sun | 3pm-11pm
  • Additional shifts available to support full-time scheduling
