New Haven is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee Mentors in a vibrant residential program for adolescent girls. You will lead shift operations, coordinate onboarding, and drive ongoing staff development within a trauma-informed, relationship-based care setting.
The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists and nurses, adherence to policies, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. This on-site position requires a 21+ applicant with a high school diploma and Utah background check.
Location:Spanish Fork, UT (on-site)Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour
Schedule:Tues/Thurs/Sat | 2:00pm-11:00pm
Wed 9:00am-1:00pmEvery other Sunday as needed
Additional shifts available to support full-time scheduling
