Description

Take a supervisory role in our assisted living community by overseeing, mentoring, and supporting a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians. As shift supervisor, you will provide attentive care to residents, manage daily activities (ADLs), ensure accurate medication administration, and maintain a high level of safety and quality.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Following all policies, procedures, and instructions from the Director of Wellness.
• Providing staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment.
• Holding an active LPN certification and demonstrating a genuine desire to improve residents’ quality of life.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus.
• Being caring, reliable, and observant with a solid understanding of MAR’s and doctors’ orders.
• Exercising prioritization, multi‑tasking, and independent working skills.
